“We have worked with Kathryn consistently since April of 2024 and don’t plan on stopping! We sold what was our personal home half way through the build that she was designing and are currently working on another personal home with Kathryn and her team. We also have a spec house starting next year that she will be designing as well. Kathryn is organized, punctual, and so kind. She is prepared with organized notes and design ideas when she steps on the job site. She communicates well and can make quick decisions when necessary.
